Ayurvedic herbs to improve eye sight
Many people today are living a life of many problems and one of the main reasons for this is that they do their work standing in front of the TV or computer.
Eyesight is impaired due to genetics, aging, stress on the eyes, or a lack of adequate nutrients that can lead to poor eyesight.

Triphala
Soak a tablespoon of triphala powder in water overnight and take it the next morning and rinse the eyes well with filtered water. Thus, if you wash your eyes daily, your eyesight will improve.
Gooseberry
This gooseberry is very helpful in preventing eye problems. Every morning we should drink jelly juice or a tablespoon of gooseberry powder mixed with water. This will strengthen the eyesight and prevent eye problems.
Carrots
Carrots are an important ingredient for eye health because they are high in Vitamin A and other nutrients.
Almonds
Soak a handful of almonds in water before going to bed at night, remove the skin the next morning, put it in a mixer, grind it well and mix it with a tumbler of milk and drink it daily to improve eyesight.
Pringraj
To improve the eyesight, grind and paste the Bringaraj herb well and apply it on the eyes. Doing this daily will improve the health of the eyes.
Licorice
A teaspoon of licorice powder mixed with milk or honey should be taken in this way.
Garlic
Garlic should be taken daily in a garlic or cooked food. Ingredients in it can improve poor eyesight and help prevent eye problems.
