This lemon juice not only helps in weight loss but also helps in reducing the fat around the abdomen. It is very good to drink lemon juice every morning. Drink lemon juice and a pinch of salted honey in lukewarm water to reduce belly and body weight.
Garlic
This garlic has more potency than lemon juice. So if we eat a clove of garlic in the morning, the unwanted fats that stay in the body will be dissolved and the blood flow in the body will be smooth.
Ginger
I should include more ginger in my diet as it helps a lot in reducing bloating and also contains high levels of anti-oxidant which helps in regulating insulin secretion and lowering blood sugar level.
